The Block contestant El’ise was thrilled to make a surprising discovery during Tuesday night’s episode of the reno show: One of her tradies is also an Instagram fitness model with 14,000 followers.
El’ise teased that chippie Paul had been “hiding a very big secret” before sharing a few snaps from his account, which is currently set to private (perhaps anticipating a deluge of thirsty Block fans).
El’ise even taunts The Block’s gruff foreman Keith, saying she feels sorry for him with his comparatively paltry 4000 followers.

“I said to Keith: You too can become Insta-famous if you get your rig out like Pauly.”
Sure enough, the two get their tops off for a brief parade around Matt and El’ise’s house.
“This is the most embarrassing moment of my career,” says Paul.
“Do you know what? This is the best day of my life,” says El’ise, who by now is sat at the kitchen table tucking into a block of chocolate as she admires the view.
Later on in the episode, another Insta-celeb pops by in the form of Dalton, the “delivery boy” (aka promotional model) for one of the show’s sponsors, A2 Milk. He’s come to whip up a few milkshakes for the contestants — but El’ise has other things on her mind.
“As I’ve just found out, my wife follows him on Instagram,” says Matt.
