A man’s body has been found off a popular shopping and eatery strip in Melbourne’s St Kilda.
The grim discovery was made after emergency services were called to an Acland St home about 8am on Tuesday.
A crime scene was swiftly set up in the area at Eildon St and Acland St.
Victoria Police confirmed the man’s death appears to be non-suspicious.
The man has not been formally identified.
“Port Phillip Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and are yet to determine whether the death is suspicious,” a police spokesman said.
