According to reports, Meghan Markle has no intention of letting her father, Thomas Markle, meet her son, Archie. The sources spoke to the Sun who stated that Meghan is so frustrated with her father continually speaking about her and now Prince Harry and Archie to the press that there is no way she would reconcile with him. That includes not introducing him to his grandson. According to the source, Meghan has had enough of her dad going to the press to air his grievances towards his daughter and the only thing she can focus on is keeping Prince Harry and Archie safe from any media attacks her father may levy their way.
The source is quoted as saying the following regarding Meghan’s feelings towards her father.
“It’s a terribly sad situation but Meghan has made the very difficult decision that she doesn’t have an active relationship with her father anymore. This was actually a decision she made some time ago and it is something she’s now coming to terms with. It’s obviously heartbreaking for her but she has to protect herself, her husband and her son. Thomas hasn’t met Harry and it’s unlikely he’ll meet Archie either.”
Though Meghan has a very close relationship with her mother Doria Ragland, Thomas Markle wasn’t even invited to Meghan’s and Harry’s wedding. He has missed out on every monumental event in Meghan’s life and now it appears he will be excluded from the life of the royal baby Archie Harrison as well.

It’s unclear if Meghan is suffering emotional distress over the end of her relationship with her father, but it seems that she has the support of her mother and Prince Harry to help through any emotionally troubling times. There is no question that Meghan and Harry are upset that Thomas continues to turn to the press to talk about his problems with Meghan.
